WELCOME TO THE EWBC
We strive to balance the recreational nature of baseball with the competitive. Four teams compose the Eastern Women’s Baseball Conference in the DC and Baltimore metro areas. Using Major League Baseball rules, the Baltimore Blues, Virginia Flames, Virginia Fury compete from May through August. Players in the league come from all walks of life, spanning all ages and levels of experience. We are committed to developing and maintaining an environment that embraces diversity and that accepts players regardless of race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, religion, or politics.
