The philosophy of the Adult Hockey League is to promote the game of hockey for players of all ages and skill levels in a competitive and organized environment. We strive to foster camaraderie, friendship and physical fitness while maintaining a fun, enjoyable, and safe, recreational environment. All Hockey Leagues at the LA Kings Iceland at Paramount Rink are recreational, non-checking leagues. Leagues run year-round and are for 5×5 Teams only.
