Frederick Rugby Club is a DIII team competing in the Capital Geographic Union in National Competitive Region 4. We primarily play teams from Maryland, Washington DC, Virginia, and Pennsylvania, as well as club tournaments on the east coast. We welcome all players regardless of experience or age. Whether you’re a seasoned veteran or you’ve never seen a match, there’s a place for you on the team.
Frederick Rugby is always welcoming new team members, regardless of experience. If you have never picked up a rugby ball, or you simply haven’t figured out how to put one down after a decade of play, we welcome you to join us.
