The Central North Carolina Men’s Senior Baseball League (CNCMSBL) is a wood bat, recreational baseball league and is currently a member of the national Men’s Senior Baseball League (MSBL).
The league has been operating since 1989 with teams from around the Triangle – Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill, Graham, Sanford, Knightdale, Wake Forest, Holly Springs, Sandhills, and surrounding area – the CNCMSBL provides adult players of all skill levels the opportunity to play the game they grew up loving.
The CNCMSBL provides an excellent opportunity for players to return to the game that they loved without compromise. We play approximately 20 regular season games from April to September plus several post-season round culminating in a 3 game championship series.
We have 3 divisions divided by ages. Older players can play down, but younger players need permission to play up in the older leagues. The first league is for anyone 18+. The next division is for 40+ and there is also a 50+ division.
Fields are regulation size with 90 foot bases and 60’6″ pitcher’s mound.
