We offer play over multiple seasons:
During the Summer, starting in June, we offer a 7v7 (2) Divisions: Semi-Competitive, Recreational,
In the winter, we partner with Golds Gym and The Net in Poughkeepsie to provide an indoor league for players of all skill levels.
We are always open to new teams and players!
