Eastside Rugby started out of Bellevue College in 1991. Since then Eastside Rugby has played 15s rugby in the Pacific Northwest Rugby Football Union (PNRFU). Eastside Rugby currently plays in Division III of PNRFU. Our league consists of teams from Washington, Oregon, and Idaho. Our season is split into Fall and Spring halves with playoffs at the end of the Spring season. Typically each half is around 5 to 7 matches.
Our home field is Marymoor Park in Redmond, WA. We train on Tuesdays and Thursdays during the season, typically from August to early November and again from February through April. Our Seven’s season is less formalized and consists of a number of day long tournaments through the summer.
Our players generally range in age from 18 and up and we have some players that came to Eastside Rugby with no previous experience.
Eastside Rugby is always looking for new players of all skill levels. We regularly get both experienced and first time players to our club and both are equally welcome.
