Welcome to the Havoc Amateur Hockey League, a non-profit 501(c)(7) organization. HAHL has teamed up with the Huntsville Havoc to create an adult recreational hockey league for skaters, by skaters – powered by the Huntsville Havoc.
What is different about this league?
HAHL is teamed up with the Huntsville Havoc to grow the hockey community. The league is run “for skaters, by skaters,” meaning we value the input of the players in the league to ensure
we provide the best adult recreation hockey possible. All the league’s money stays within the
league, and costs are managed to be non-profit. HAHL uniquely drafts teams in an attempt to
allow players to skate with their friends and family while maintaining a competitive, balanced,
and fun league.
When do the seasons start and end?
HAHL runs two seasons with a goal of playing hockey year round. The Fall Season,
our longer season, is typically 20 games starting in mid-September and ending in
mid-March. Our Summer Season is typically 15 games and runs from mid-April through
mid-August.
