Minnesota Metro Adult Hockey has become the place to play for adult hockey teams looking for a great skate and even more fun with your buddies.

The league provides a highly competitive atmosphere on the ice while keeping a laid-back small-town league feel – right here in the metro area.  Don’t get us wrong, the Metro League is all about hard-skating competitive games, but without the 7th game Stanley Cup attitude.
DIVISIONS

Men’s Gold – Players 18+ with post high school experience and/or accomplished teams with experience at higher levels of hockey.  Most players have played college or are accomplished upper-level adult players.  [Our top level of competition and skill]

Men’s Silver – Players 18+  with a mix of talent and skill – most teams fall into this division.  Mid-age players who ‘still have it’ or players who recently realized that ‘still having it’ may have been last week.  [Our mid-level of competition and skill]

Men’s Bronze – Players 18+ who are on the recreational side of things with less experience and/or more seasoned veterans.  Teams in this division will be comprised of aspiring lower-level players and/or older players.  [Our lower level of competition and skill]
