Metropolis Rugby Football Club is Minnesota’s Premier and Largest Amateur Rugby Club. Metropolis currently fields multiple competitive and social sides. Notably, our Men participate in USA Rugby’s Division 1 and Division 2 currently, while our Women (Valkyries) participate in USA Rugby’s Women’s Division 1 competition. We also boast a long history of competitive 7’s, and continue this legacy with multiple Men’s and Women’s sides.
