Masters Rowing is for adults of all ages. Whether you’re an experienced rower or just starting out, MBRC has programs for every level from casual, recreational rowing to competitive racing. We can help you reach your training goals, improve your skills or simply get on the water for some exercise and fun.
For those with no experience, sign up for a Learn To Row Session and learn the basics, then you’re ready to join the club for year round rowing.
Learn to Row programs are offered year round and are a 2-weekend commitment that involves:
- Fun on the water, rain or shine
- An experience like no other
- State of the art equipment
- World class coaching
- 4 Sessions during two weekends (first 2 classes mandatory)
- Classes begin at 8:30AM and run for approximately 2 hours
- On land and on water instruction

Adaptive Rowing mission is to provide disabled athletes opportunities to build physical fitness, self-esteem and community connections through Pararowing.
MBRC’s strategic goals are:
- Recruit disabled athletes from the South Florida community.
- Provide opportunities to learn and practice the sport of Pararowing in a safe, supportive and accessible environment with professional coaching and appropriate equipment and facilities.
- Promote competitive opportunities for Pararowers.
MBRC’s Adaptive Rowing Program offers both recreation and competitive rowing training options for athletes.
