Competition-wise, how much baseball experience do the players have or do must I have to play in the league?

Competition is widespread. Players have played through high school, into college, and even professionally in Independent leagues or drafted into MLB teams and played in farm systems. Others have just picked up the game later in life and have been playing ever since. Every player is different.
