San Diego’s Prime of Life Women’s Soccer League (POLWSL) is a recreational socce r league devoted to women over 45 years old. Our skill level ranges from beginners to women who have played for more than 40 years.

It is our aim to foster a community of women passionate about soccer with sportswomanship and camaraderie in mind!
