The South Jersey Men’s Senior Baseball League (SJMSBL) is the premier adult baseball league in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Delaware. In 2023 the SJMSBL fielded 154 Teams. Age Divisions for the Spring/Summer Season are 18+/35+/45+/55+/60+. The Midweek divisions are SEMI-PRO & The AMERICAN. The fall season divisions are 18, 35 & 45/55.

The league is well run and sticks to its rules. Complaints are usually from the uniformed who do not attend meetings and know the rules. It is the longest running men’s sr. baseball league that has out done and lasted all of its competitors. Not perfect. But nothing is. Very good league.
SJMSBL is an uncontrolled bush league run by Lou Marshall and Neil Hourahan. It is totally commonplace for players to be ejected during games, fights to break out, screaming matches, and rules seldom followed (or even upheld by the commissioners). The two commissioners of this league are known to defame, belittle, and slander other players and managers, alike. If you want months and months of headache and low class behavior, this is the league for you.
